How Does Coaching Work?
Coaching can be likened to
holding up a mirror, so you can better see yourself and take action
accordingly. Conversations with your coach helps you clarify your
objectives, make a perceptual 'reality-check', seek deeper insight, focus on
important actions, and apply available tools and talents to reach your
goals.
Our coaching process can
be augmented by 360° Evaluations, organizational climate and culture surveys, and
individual assessments using instruments such as the Myers Briggs Type
Indicator (MBTI). Standard coaching engagements with Tom include
scheduled meeting times plus unlimited telephone and email access.
