RENEW services are specifically designed for organizations that have or anticipate layoffs, merger, downsizing, or other transitions which necessitates major employee restructuring. 

We can help you develop and implement an effective and practical strategy to manage transition and reduce change-related loss in employee performance.

Services are customized to the organization's circumstances, but typically include assessment, half-day training modules, manager coaching, post-training review and feedback to executive management.
