Esquare
Leadership will handle sensitive information regarding clients with
discretion, and hold proprietary information and documents regarding the
client and client’s organization in confidence. Within this guideline of
sensitivity and confidence, we typically provide general information and
feedback regarding a project to all stakeholders. |

We expect all
parties to communicate and provide ongoing feedback to each other
throughout a project or event, and will work diligently to ensure the
endeavor achieves positive results. If our work is satisfactory, we ask
our clients to agree to serve as a reference. At any point that our work
is felt to be unsatisfactory, we ask our clients to inform us so an effort
can be made to meet the client’s expectations. We fully guarantee the
quality of our work. |

Fees will be
invoiced at acceptance of project, and payment is to be made before a
project begins unless waived for special circumstances. Fees are
non-refundable unless services are cancelled by Esquare Leadership or we
are unable to deliver a service. Registration fees for an event a client
cannot attend or retained fees for a project cancelled by a client can be
applied for similar project or event in the future. Expenses directly
related to the project are to be invoiced at cost. Prompt payment is
expected upon receipt of all invoices. Please make all checks payable to

MasterCard. |

Scope and cost
of project can be re-negotiated by mutual consent. If the consultant is
engaged by the client for other projects under separate agreements, then
an effort will be made to leverage our service to the client for mutual
time and cost effectiveness. |
